We offer a comprehensive mailing and fulfilment service to complete and deliver your orders direct to the recipient. Using mail cleansing software, we are able to certify (standard address files) to Royal Mail regulations, in order to give you the best discount available through the postal system.

Outgoing mailings over 1000 units are produced to Cleanmail standards making a saving of 9% on postal prices. For larger quantities we use the same software to pre-sort your list and make even more substantial savings.

We can also provide a data health check to remove dead addresses and decrease the number of mailings needed. The process is designed to make you savings, to drive up response rates and increase your return on investment.

All supplied postal data is checked and cleansed by running your data through specialist software to remove duplicates (either by individual, household or company), it then corrects and updates address information for future use.

We can process your mail in either Walksort, Mailsort or Presstream sequence.
